Your approval speed affects the overall timeline. Allow 3–4 working days for the first design. Production takes 4–5 working days and starts only after final artwork approval. Revisions, your review time and shipping are additional.

What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 card. We accept individual orders and bulk corporate or event orders. Share your quantity for a quotation.
How much do 100 custom Tng NFC cards cost?
For 100-card orders, the price is below RM25 per card. Your final price is provided by quotation. Shipping, custom sleeves, individual names/designs and complex artwork are quoted separately. No GST or SST is charged.
What is included, and does the card come with balance?
Your order includes a new TNG NFC card, double-sided direct printing and free simple design. The card comes with RM0 balance. No reload value is included in the price. You will need to reload the card before use. Each card is packed individually in PP plastic before being placed in its sleeve.
Is the design printed directly or applied as a sticker?
We print directly onto both sides of the card. We do not use an adhesive sticker overlay for your artwork. Sticker-based customisation is another method found in the market, so check the print method when comparing quotations.
Is design free?
Simple design is free with your order. Complex designs or extensive adjustments incur additional charges. We confirm the scope and charges before work starts, and you approve the final mockup before printing.
Can every card have a different name or design?
Yes. Different names cost extra, and different designs have different pricing. Send your name list or artwork files so we can quote the required work. Check every name and design before final approval.
What packaging can I choose?
Choose the original Tng sleeve or add a custom printed sleeve. Custom sleeve pricing is confirmed in your quotation. Every card is individually packed in PP plastic before going into its sleeve. Ask us for packaging photos.
How long does an order take?
The first mockup usually takes 3–4 working days after your order and brief are confirmed. Customisation usually takes 4–5 working days after final artwork approval. Allow extra time for review or revisions. Shipping is additional: an estimated 2–3 days to West Malaysia or 1 week to Sabah and Sarawak after dispatch. We confirm timing based on stock, quantity and available slots.
Do you accept urgent orders?
Yes, subject to available slots. An urgent fee applies and is calculated based on the time left for customisation. Send your event date and required delivery date before placing the order.
How do I pay, and can I get a company invoice?
Pay by QR or bank transfer. Orders above RM600 require a 50% deposit. Orders of RM600 or below require full payment. We provide company invoices. Payment and remaining balance details are confirmed with your quotation.
What if there is a printing issue or the card does not work?
Every card’s print and function are checked before delivery. Contact us with your order details and photos or a video of the issue. After checking, if we confirm the issue is caused by us, we will arrange a replacement.
Is this the same as a membership card or ID card?
No. This page is for custom printing on a TNG NFC card. We also handle separate membership card and ID card printing enquiries. Tell us which card type you need; those cards do not automatically include Tng payment functions.
When will you reply on WhatsApp?
We reply during working hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm; Saturday, 9am–3pm. Closed Sunday. Messages sent outside working hours may receive a later reply.
